Ivory Raye received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude and with Phi Kappa Phi Honors.  She is a board certified and registered Naturopathic Doctor in the State of Colorado.  Specialty training includes Generative Medicine, Genotyping, and the Blood Type Diet with Dr. Peter D'Adamo from the Center of Excellence.  In addition to Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Ivory expanded her homeopathic knowledge while attending Andre Saine's Acute and Chronic Prescribing course at the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy in Montreal, Canada.  She is also currently enrolled in the Cycles and Segments course for advanced homeopathic concepts in Boston, Massachusetts.  This course is through the New England School of Homeopathy and is taught by world renowned homeopaths Paul Herscu and Amy Rothenberg.  Dr. Ivory is also a Reiki II practitioner and has been practicing since 2007.

Prior to her education at the University of Bridgeport, Dr. Ivory worked with small businesses and corporations following the completion of her Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Communication from the University of Denver.  She prides herself on creating an environment where the patient feels heard and where the doctor and patient embark together on a journey of self discovery, healing, and happiness.  Her experience in business has offered her a unique understanding of the time and energy demands placed on people; and it has given her a deeper sense of compassion in finding realistic ways to obtain a balanced lifestyle.

Dr. Ivory works with patients to find their optimal state of wellness regardless of the root cause or disease name.  Her specialties include women's medicine, mind-body medicine, homeopathy, nature cure, hydrotherapy, detoxification, longevity methods, nutrition, and botanical medicine.   She is dedicated to helping women through transition periods and in empowering women to embrace the beauty that each stage presents.  Dr. Ivory is also committed to biochemical balance -  helping patients with neuro-psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as insomnia, chronic fatigue, pain disorders, fertility and hormone imbalances, and other chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, immune disruption (autoimmune, allergies, eczema), Irritable Bowel Disease, Celiac Sprue, Crohn's Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis.   Dr. Ivory is fascinated by polymorphisms and SNPs (gene mutations).  Dr. Ben Lynch's research and studies have guided her interest in MTHFR and other polymorphisms and how they contribute to mental health and chronic disease.  Dr. Ivory believes that understanding the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the patient can lead to a deeper level of healing and health.  Her own journey has encompassed all aspects of healing, and she is inspired to offer the same kind of balance and wellness to her patients.

Dr. Ivory's hobbies include dancing, meditation, nature expeditions, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.  She has been dancing since she was a child.  Her favorite forms of dance are lyrical, modern, belly dancing, salsa, merengue ,and fusion dance.  She has performed on and off most of her life, but she dances simply because it makes her happy.  Dancing not only provides her with a way to be self expressed and joyous, but it also offers her an avenue to feel connected and creative.  In her practice, she helps patients find and embrace exciting ways to express their creativity.  Meditation classes and nature journeys bring her a deep sense of connection to her community, as well as guidance on her spiritual journey.  Other hobbies and creative healing techniques utilized include movement therapies, vision board activities, and painting.
